Services for Jimmy Ray Payne, 85 formerly superintendent of Bruceville Eddy ISD. Mr. Payne passed away Thursday, December 30, 2021 in Carrollton. Services are pending with Bailey & Foster Funeral Home in Grapeland. I will follow-up with more information as it becomes available.
