Dayton ISD is proud to continue its commitment to the safety and well-being of students and staff by housing law enforcement officers at each of its seven campuses for the second consecutive year. These officers not only ensure protection but also engage with students, monitor campus security, and foster meaningful relationships within the school community. “We are grateful to have our SRO officers on each campus,” said Superintendent Dr. Jessica Johnson. “Dayton ISD is appreciative of the support from Dayton PD, DPS, the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office, and various constables who help keep our district safe. We thank them all for their service.”
