A lawsuit filed against Arlington ISD over a resident’s complaints about the district’s grievance process and transparency is moving forward after a federal judge dismissed several claims of the case. U.S. Judge Reed O’Connor of the Northern District of Texas dismissed five claims brought by retired attorney David Jarvis and Citizens Defending Freedom, a conservative-aligned organization that fights for transparent local government.
